About the Author

Brandon Omondi is a Nairobi-based lawyer who graduated with Honors from the Moi University School of Law in 2019 and attained his Post-Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law in 2021. He is immensely passionate about Intellectual Property Law and through his excellent writing and research skills, he has authored and published an array of scholarly papers. Brandon currently awaits admission to the bar as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
