About the Author

Edna is a lawyer with an LLB from the University of Nairobi and a soon to be advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She is passionate about research and policy work on human rights and gender issues. She believes in the power and impact of activism through writing, especially for the youth who are often excluded from these critical discussions. She hopes that her work not only creates awareness on social issues but also contributes to critical policy frameworks and changes in the Kenyan and African contexts.
