How they swell like oceans but present as rivers narrow
How they dictate every facet of our life and determine every call
For how long will we ignore these critical tools of the saboteur
How much longer do we pretend that we are numb to their arrows?
That Finance Bill, that muzzling law, that impeached but saved legislator, that agonizing toll
These are all manifestations of this brutal monster –
