On International Youth Day, creatives across Kenya came together to showcase their
talents and advocate for youth empowerment through art. The event held at Green Park
Terminus brought together artists, poets, musicians, and filmmakers focusing on using
creative expression as a tool for social change.
Participants highlighted issues such as unemployment, mental health, and social
justice, using their art to spark conversations and inspire action. The event featured live
performances, exhibitions, and panel discussions, providing a platform for young
creatives to share their stories and visions for the future.
Organizers emphasized the role of art in amplifying youth voices and driving social
change. They encouraged young people to continue using creativity to address societal
challenges and advocate for their rights. The celebration of International Youth Day
through art was a powerful reminder of the potential of young creatives to influence
positive change in their communities and beyond.
