have announced plans to hold demonstrations every Thursday and Friday. This
movement, primarily driven by young people, is in response to issues including high
unemployment rates, corruption, and poor governance.
The protests, which began in response to proposed tax hikes, have evolved into a
broader call for systemic change. Gen Z activists are using social media to organize and
mobilize, highlighting their dissatisfaction with the current state of affairs and demanding
accountability from the government.
Their persistence has drawn significant attention, both locally and internationally. The
protesters advocate for a more transparent and inclusive political process, better job
opportunities, and stronger measures to combat corruption.

use of force, the young demonstrators remain undeterred. They argue that their future is

As the weekly demonstrations continue, the government faces increasing pressure to
address the concerns of this vocal and determined generation. The ongoing unrest
