You Know We are Kin, I and You

You know we are kin, eh, I and you

those other tribes hail out of blue

We might share borders and scenic views

But can’t you see our different hues

.

You know we are kin, eh, I and you

Don’t mind my beach front and oceanic view

You’re my blood and we’ve got work to do

So don’t fight back when I got no clue

.

You know we are kin, eh, I and you

Let’s band together and get that stew

In our culture, leaders eat before the crew

Never mind your starving, just watch me chew

 .

You know we are kin, eh, I and you

This tribal dance was meant for two

Now lift me up, like my loyal beau

And be grateful of short stick you drew

.

You know we are kin, eh, I and you

those other tribes are out for our rue

I have eaten that which was meant for you

But don’t betray your kin for something new
